I'm Michael Lozano — founder of Champion Excellence LLC and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member with 20 years of leadership development experience.

I've spent 18+ years in the field, completed 200+ on-site and virtual visits combined, and worked with teams across the country — from frontline operations to executive boardrooms. I've seen what works and what doesn't.
